SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

 

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us with your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so that you can be aware of the status of your shipment at all times.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • Shipping to mainland Spain: 4,95 euros each way. On purchases over 60 euros, shipping will be free of charge.
  • Balearic Islands and Portugal: 10,75 euros per shipment. For purchases over 100 euros, shipping will be free of charge.
  • Canary Islands: 39,95 euros per shipment.
  • Shipping to EU: 14,95 Euro per shipment. For purchases over 200 euros, shipping will be free of charge.
  • Switzerland: EUR 25.65 per shipment.
  • Norway: EUR 28 per shipment.
  • Israel: EUR 44,05 per shipment.
  • Turkey: EUR 68.5 per shipment.
  • United Kingdom: 23.5 euros per shipment.
  • United States and Canada: 29.95 euros per shipment.
  • South America: 44.95 euros per shipment.
  • Asia and Oceania: 47.95 euros per shipment.
  • Africa: EUR 44.05 per shipment.
  • Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional taxes and duties, which in this case will be borne by the purchaser.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Free shipping to Spain (on purchases over 60 euros) in 3 to 5 days.
  • Standard shipping to Spain from 3 to 5 days – 4,95 euros
  • 1 to 2 days premium shipping to Spain – 9,90 euros
  • Free shipping to the European Union (on purchases over 200 euros) within 3 to 7 days.
  • Shipping within the European Union from 3 to 7 days – 14,95 euros
  • Shipping to the rest of the world from 3 to 10 days.

Suyty shall not be liable for delivery errors that occur when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to the actual address or when any information has been omitted.

At all times Suyty will work to offer the best service in terms of international shipments, however, it may happen that for some reason or cause beyond our control, an order may be cancelled, in which case Suyty will communicate it within a period not exceeding 48H working accompanied by a refund in the payment method used by the customer for the purchase..

To place an order you need to log on to www.suyty.com and add the product you wish to purchase to the basket, according to the instructions on the screen, filling in the order form provided and validating it. It is essential that the information on the form is correct.Suyty will reproduce exactly what is written, without modifying letters, capital letters, punctuation marks, etc.

In the event of incorrect delivery details, the cost of resending the shipment shall be borne by the customer. The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by Suyty constitutes proof of all transactions between Suyty and its customers. Suyty shall archive and make accessible the electronic document in which the contract is concluded. Once the purchase has been made, the user will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail including the purchase invoice.

RETURNS POLICY

Suyty’s aim is to guarantee full customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) in exchange for a Gift Card.

To make a return, the following conditions must be met:

– Returns must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
– Returned items must be unused and complete.
– Customers will not be reimbursed for the initial shipping costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the items, a refund will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is made, the customer must purchase the desired item using shop credit. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
